I use “spybot search and destroy” and “adware 6.0″. you can go to downloads.com and get them for free and ive never had problems with my computer. AVG is a virus program that is free also that works great. I told my parents and grandparents about these and they tried them and they havn’t had any problems since. all three have frequent updates (AVG more than the others). spybot and adware you have to manualy search for updates in the program themselfs but its really easy to use. i had other anti virus programs before and they saied my computer was clean, then i ran AVG and it found 70 virus that the others didn’t get.

Spyware Doctor is much better
so i recommend you avg 8. Norton products are so exaggerated in memory
